In the Northern Illinois Multiple Listing System there are 1014 properties currently for sale. in the towns of Bartlett and Streamwood Illinois. This includes single family homes, condos, town homes, etc. Since May 1, 2007 there have been 158 sales. That means there are alot of properties for sale - and that homes are selling - but at a very slow pace. I will do this survey for some of the other surrounding towns soon and post. | |
