Number of homes on the market in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago

Just an update as of today there are 428 attached properties for sale in Schaumburg with an average number of days on the market of 91.  In the same town there are 284 detached properties for sale with an average market time of 121 days.

In Streamwood there are 212 attached properties for sale with an average number of days on the market of 87 and there are 273 single family homes for sale in Streamwood with an average time on the market of 110 days.

The town of Bartlett has 304 single family homes for sale and they have been for sale for an average of 107 days, while there are 130 attached properties for sale in Bartlett with an average number of days for sale being 110.

Roselle has 140 detached homes for sale and they have been on the market for an average of 136 dyas, while there are 118 attached properties for sale that have been for sale for an average of 137 days.

Homes are selling but as you can see with so much competition they take longer and the prices have been lowered.
