Roselle 2007 First Quarter Sales

Sales in Roselle for the first quarter of 2007 were pretty good.  There were 30 attached properties (condos, townhomes, duplexes etc.) that closed with the average market time of 77 days on the market and an average listing price of these attached properties being $214,903 and the average selling price being $210,377.    Now for single family homes in Roselle IL there were 36 homes closed with an average market time of 144 days on the market and an average asking price of $367,730 and an average selling price of these homes of $352,200.  Really not bad considering the media is telling everyone that properties are not selling - they obviously are in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
