Tax breaks you can use from your home or town home in Schaumburg, Streamwood, Roselle, Hoffman Estates, Bartlett and all other surrounding towns in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago
Take advantage of the tax break your home or town home in Bartlett, Streamwood, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Roselle and all other towns!  The interest and property taxes you pay on your home in Schaumburg etc. is deductible in most cases.  When homeowners borrow against the equity of their Bartlett, Streamwood and other towns equity the interest they pay is tax deductible.  You also will realize tax-free profits on your Hoffman Estates or any other town home or town home.  The Tax Payer Relief Act of 1997 the government allows homeowners in Schaumburg, Roselle and other towns to keep tax-free profits from the sale of a home that has been their primary residence for at least 2 years.  Single taxpayers in Streamwood or Schaumburg or any town in Illinois for that matter don't owe taxes on the first $250,000 of profit from the sale of a principal residence, while married homeowners in Roselle, Bartlett and all other towns get a $500,000 deduction when filing jointly.  Check with your local tax consultants to see if you are eligible for any additional exemptions.  Get the most out of your Schaumburg, Roselle, Bloomingdale, Streamwood property.
